HINT is a digital product. Your license key is issued as soon as your payment is confirmed, so we are not able to refund a completed purchase.
Before you buy
- HINT works only on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). It does not run on Mac, Linux, iPhone, iPad, Android or Chromebook.
- You need your own ChatGPT account.

Paid twice, or paid but got no key?
Write to us with the payment id shown on the page after payment (or in your Razorpay receipt). We will send your key again or refund the extra payment. Refunds in these cases go back to the card, UPI or bank account you paid with, usually within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
